'QuietRidge started with one simple vision: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. Opening its doors in 1985 by the Bianchi lineage, our pizza house was initially a quaint local family venture, maintaining recipes passed on for generations.
'Marco Bianchi, our establishment's pioneer, mastered the art of pizza crafting on her voyages across Italy, studying with renowned pizza makers in Naples—where pizza originated. Once she ventured back to the UK, her goal was to replicate the enchantment of bonafide Italian pizza, sticking to age-old techniques and premium components.
Our origin as an intimate 12-seater pizza spot has matured into a cherished community mainstay, yet our promise to excellence and genuineness has remained unchanged. We persist in employing traditional wood-fired stoves, make our dough from scratch each day, and seek out only the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'QuietRidge is still steered by family hands, with the Bianchis’ next of kin at the forefront of our zealous team. While we have adapted certain modern improvements, at our core, we continue to forge delectable, real pizza that unites people.
